Stan Pease will reach a special milestone when he turns out for Hautapu Sports Club against his former club University in the semi-finals of the 2025 Breweries Shield.
Pease will celebrate his 50th appearance for the Premier A side, since joining the club in 2022.
He will be presented with a club blazer to mark his achievement.
In a tribute to Pease, the club says: “Stan has been an ironman in the Premier jersey. Week in, week out, his name has been on the team sheet.
“He leads from the front and is, without question, one of the toughest players in our squad, playing through injury on countless occasions.
“A key member of our 2023 Breweries Shield-winning side, Stan is not only respected by his teammates, but also by supporters and everyone involved with the club.
“Off the field, Stan is known as the best man to run a court session, pulling no punches in his judicial proceedings over the years.
“Congrats on the 50, Stan.”
