Senior players run drills and take the whistle to show support for junior teams

Members of Hautapu Sports’ senior rugby teams made a special detour on Saturday morning to show their support for the club’s junior players.

Before heading to their own afternoon fixtures, players from the Premier A and Hautapu Colts teams helped the juniors enjoy their matchday experiences.

Premier players Amos Faaola, Elijah Corbett and Rui Farrant each refereed an 11th-grade game.

Then eight members of the Colts team ran the warm-up and drills for the 8th-grade Hautapu Stallions, and then stood sideline supporting the team.
