The 122nd Annual General Meeting of the Hautapu Sports and Recreation Club Inc. will be held on Monday November 24, 2025.
The meeting will be held at the clubrooms, Laurent Rd, Cambridge, starting at 6pm.
Voting rights at the AGM are limited to club members only. For clarity, Hautapu Sports and Recreation Club members consist of the following people/groups:
- Life Members of Hautapu Sports and Recreation Club Inc.
- Lifetime Social Club members of the Hautapu Sports and Recreation Club Inc.
- Current Hautapu Sports 2025 financial members.
- Current Hautapu Sports and Recreation Club Inc. registered players, managers, and officials.

Committee nominations
Under the club’s constitution, nominations to stand for the Hautapu Sports committee are by way of a candidate’s written nomination, accompanied by a certificate that the nominee is not disqualified from being appointed or holding office as an officer and shall be received by the club at least 10 working days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
All forms must be submitted by 5pm on Monday November 10, 2025, to allow for 10 working days before the AGM on Monday November 24, 2025.
