A Special General Meeting of Hautapu Sports and Recreation Club Inc. will be held on Wednesday October 8, 2025.
The meeting will be held at the clubrooms, starting at 6pm.
Order of business
The purpose of this meeting is to adopt the proposed constitution of the Hautapu Sports and Recreation Club Inc, as required for re-registration under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. This step is necessary to ensure the club remains an incorporated society under the updated legislation.
