Hautapu Sports face Hamilton Old Boys in a do-or-die semi-final on Saturday when the sides meet at Memorial Park seeking a place in this year’s Breweries Shield grand final.
Hautapu’s Premier A side has earned a home semi-final by finishing top of the Waikato Premier Rugby’s Premiership phase.
Victory will bring a grand final against the winners of the other semi-final between Te Awamutu and Hamilton Marist.
Meanwhile, Hautapu’s Colts get the opportunity to take the lead in their competition when they travel to Hamilton’s Marist park for a top-of-the-table clash with leaders Marist.
