Hautapu Sports will host a golf day at Cambridge Golf Club on Friday September 26, 2025, to help raise funds to send a team to the Cobra 10s in Malaysia.
The Cobra 10s are an invitation-only 10-a-side rugby competition to be held in early November 2025.
You can support the golf day in a number of ways, whether you’re a golfer or not:
• Tell your golf-playing friends or colleagues about Hautapu’s golf day, encouraging them to enter.
• Donate prizes to be auctioned on the day.
• Sponsor a hole.
Your day on the course includes starter packs for each team, spot prizes and team prizes, and entry to the Hautapu clubrooms for finger food, happy hour, and a well-known sporting star on a couch answering questions.
All money raised from the golf day will help with flights to the Cobra 10s.
Team entry costs $400, including GST.
The event starts at 1pm, and after a welcome, teams get the chance to bid in an auction at 12.30pm for celebrity players to join their team.
Entries close on Sunday September 21 for teams of four.
Play gets underway at noon with a shotgun start, and scoring will use the Ambrose format.

• Name of team.
• Player names.
• Players’ handicaps.
• Name of team contact and email address.
Your team will be sent a GST invoice, and your golf day entry will be confirmed upon payment.
