Hautapu Sports Club’s senior men’s hockey sides came through the fifth round of Waikato competition with a win and a draw.
The Woodcom Hautapu Men’s Reserve 3 side had the best result of the weekend with a 2-0 win against Old Boys.
The Te Miro Water Men’s Reserve 4 team drew 1-1 with Varsity’s MR3 side.
In the Women’s Reserve 3 competition, both Hautapu Sports teams lost their games.
The Evans & Co Hautapu women’s team were shaded 2-1 by competition leaders Varsity Chicks, while the Waipa Civil Hautapu team were beaten 3-1 by second-placed Ngaruawahia.
