Hautapu Sports’ Luke Jacobson has been named in the All Blacks matchday squad for Saturday’s Bledisloe Cup match against Australia.
Jacobson will be an impact player in the squad named by head coach Scott Robertson and co-selectors Scott Hansen, Jason Holland, Jason Ryan and Tamati Ellison.
“We have selected an experienced team which has combinations that have played some of our best rugby this season,” Robertson said.
Jacobson’s selection for the national team caps a successful representative season for Hautapu Sports players, with nine playing for Waikato in 2024.
