Hautapu Sports’ Goal Diggers went closest of the club’s senior netball teams to landing a win in the latest round of matches.
In Saturday’s games at the Cambridge Netball Centre, Hautapu Goal Diggers lost a closely-fought game 28-26 to Cambridge Harlequins.
The Goal Diggers led at half-time and held a 20-19 lead at the three-quarter mark, but were pipped at the post.
Other Hautapu Sports teams lost their games but get the chance to bounce back next weekend.
In the A Grade, Hautapu Hot Shots will play Hautapu Goal Diggers on Saturday.
