Six Hautapu Sports players have been selected for the 2024 Harlequins squad to play four matches against provincial teams.
Stanley Paese, Jonty Short, Senita Lauaki, Quintony Ngatai, Rui Farrant and Quintin Hill have been selected for this year’s squad.
Luaki, Ngatai and Hill return for another season, having also played for the Harlequins in 2023.
Selection for the Harlequins is restricted to players who have represented Waikato, the All Blacks, the NZ Services team or by invitation.
Formed in 1938, the Hamilton-based Quins wear the same colours as the London Harlequins.
The Harlequins opened their 2024 fixtures with a 49-45 win against Thames Valley and their next fixtures are against Auckland, and development sides representing Bay of Plenty and North Harbour.
