Hautapu’s Luke Jacobson earns All Black selection for Rugby Championship

Hautapu Sports’ Luke Jacobson has received another call-up to the All Blacks after producing stunning form for the Waikato Chiefs in Super Rugby Pacific.

Loose forward Jacobson (26) is in line to add to his 12 caps for New Zealand after being named among the 36-strong squad for the 2023 Rugby Championship.

Newcomer Cam Roigard has also played for Hautapu.

Luke Jacobson’s career

Jacobson was recalled to the All Blacks for the Bledisloe Cup series with Australia last year, after disruption to his international career caused by injuries.

The former New Zealand U-20 captain has been a key player with Waikato and the Chiefs.
