Hautapu Sports’ Colts have won their ninth game in a row to further extend their unbeaten start to the season.
The Colts travelled to Waihi on Saturday where they beat Rugby United (Thames Valley) 38-17 to maintain their co-leadership of the competition.
Next weekend, Hautapu go head-to-head with another unbeaten side, Hamilton Old Boys, at Memorial Park.
Meanwhile, Hautapu’s Premier A and B teams had byes at King’s Birthday Weekend while they await their first fixtures in the Premiership stage of their respective competitions.
The Prem sides host Te Awamutu next weekend.
