The Hautapu Sports Club have upgraded the quality of their clubrooms in recent years and now offer the opportunity for those who want to hire them for their next function.
Close to central Cambridge, we offer:
- Full kitchen facilities
- Stage
- Overhead projector
- Extensive parking
We can also provide access to our licensed bar*.
* An application for a Special Licence from Waipa District Council, as per Liquor Licensing Laws, for all private events will need to be submitted at least 20 working days prior to any event. The cost of a ‘Special Licence’ fee of $63.25 and is non-refundable.
Fees
Full day hire: $280 plus GST, and $120 cleaning fee.
Full day and night hire: $500 plus GST and $120 cleaning fee.
1/2 day: $150 plus GST and $120 cleaning fee.
Bar manager: $30 per hour plus GST.
Bar closes: By midnight
Fully catered options are available on request.
Exceptions
Our venue is not available for 18th and 21st birthday parties.
