Hautapu Hawks win Premier Reserve grand final against Leamington

The Property Brokers Hautapu Hawks have won their Premier Reserve competition after beating Leamington 55-31 in their grand final at the Cambridge Netball Centre.

The experienced Hawks team took an early lead against Leamington and held their initiative till the end.

It was a sweet result for Hautapu as Leamington had been the only team to beat them in the regular competition in which the Hawks finished top of the championship.

Development team finish fourth

Hautapu’s Development team came fourth in the Premier Reserve grade after losing the play-off for third to TVP.

TVP took the lead early and though Hautapu staged a second-half fightback, they could not overhaul their rivals.
