Close results for Hautapu Sports' senior teams in latest Waikato Hockey rounds

Three draws and a narrow loss reflected the competitiveness of Hautapu Sports' teams in their latest Waikato Hockey Association fixtures.

On Saturday, the Gray Matter Hautapu side played their second game in the Premier Reserve grade, after being upgraded from Women's Division One, and drew 2-2 with their Te Awamutu opponents.

On Sunday, Hautapu came away from Hamilton's Gallaghers Hockey Centre with two more draws.

In the women's Division Two, Waipa Civil Hautapu finished 3-3 with Suburbs Junior Development.

Te Miro Water Hautapu drew with Varsity Development, while in men's Division One, Woodcom Hautapu were edged 1-0 by Suburbs Saints.
