Hautapu Clubroom Hire
The Hautapu Sports Club have upgraded the quality of their clubrooms in recent years and now offer the opportunity for those who want to hire them for their next function. We host rowing groups requiring accommodation for local regattas, luncheons for team meetings, 50th birthday parties, life celebrations and more - get in touch if you'd like to book the clubrooms!
Along with the clubrooms, you will have access to the kitchen, projector, microphones and speaker system, a licensed bar, outdoor area with bbq and more.

Fees:
- Full day hire: $280 plus GST, and $120 cleaning fee.
- Overnight accommodation: $550 plus GST and $120 cleaning fee.
- 1/2 day: $150 plus GST and $120 cleaning fee (max. 4hrs)
- Bar manager: $35 per hour plus GST.
- Bar closes: By midnight

Notes:
- A non-refundable 10% booking fee will be required to secure bookings.
- Where the bar is required, an application for a Special Licence from Waipa District Council, as per Liquor Licensing Laws, for all private events will need to be submitted at least 20 working days prior to any event. The cost of a special licence is set by Waipa Council and is non refundable.
- Fully catered options are available on request.
- The bar must be closed by midnight.
Exceptions:
Hautapu Clubrooms is not available for 18th and 21st birthday parties.
